What can I do for free?
5 free minutes after sign-up. We translate the first minute of each video with voice cloning, up to 5 speakers and the editor; the result is watermarked. No card needed.
How is each translation charged?
One minute of video uses one minute of balance, rounded to a whole minute. A 5-minute video into 2 languages uses 10 minutes. Out of minutes on Pro or Business? Buy a package in your account.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, any time. When you move from Start to Pro or Business, the unused balance is halved and the new pack's minutes are added to it. Between Pro and Business, and when you downgrade, the balance is kept in full.
Do minutes carry over to the next month?
Yes, unused minutes carry over only with an active subscription. After cancellation, all minutes are forfeited without the possibility of restoration.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. The subscription renews automatically — monthly or yearly, depending on how you paid. To turn it off: in your account, “Subscription” → “Auto-renewal” → “turn off”, one click. Access and minutes stay until the end of the paid period, and there will be no further charges.
How to purchase additional minutes?
With an active subscription — in your account, «Subscription» → «Buy minutes». Free has no extra minutes: choose a plan.
What happens when I cancel my subscription?
Access and minutes stay until the end of the paid period, then minutes expire. If you cancel, we refund part of the current period for the remaining days, up to the value of unused minutes (clause 4.8 of the Terms).
How do Free, Start and Pro differ?
Free is a trial: the first minute of every video in the original voice, with a watermark. Start: the whole video without a watermark in a standard voice, one voice per video, up to 30 minutes. Pro: a voice clone for every speaker, premium voices, lip sync, videos up to 60 minutes.
Is there a discount for annual payment?
Yes, 20% off with yearly billing on every plan: Start, Pro and Business.
