Consent to personal data processing

By registering on https://speeek.io, signing in with Yandex ID, Google or VK ID, paying for services or otherwise using the Speeek service, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give consent to the processing of my personal data on the terms below, in accordance with Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”.

2. Data processed
  • name and e-mail address;
  • identifier and profile data provided by the sign-in service (Yandex ID, Google, VK ID): name, e-mail address, profile picture;
  • payment details: amount, date, plan, payment status (the operator does not receive bank card data; it is processed by the payment service);
  • uploaded materials: video and audio recordings, including the voice and image of people in the frame, video links, transcribed and translated texts, voice samples for cloning;
  • technical data: IP address, browser and device information, cookies, data on actions on the site;
  • the content of support requests, including via Telegram, and contact details if I provided them myself.
3. Purposes of processing
  • registration, sign-in and account management;
  • providing the service: speech recognition, translation, voice-over, voice cloning, lip sync, preparing files for download;
  • accepting payments, keeping payment records and performing obligations under the agreement (offer);
  • responding to requests and technical support;
  • sending service notifications about tasks, payments and changes to the terms;
  • improving the service and analysing site traffic.
4. Processing operations

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalisation, blocking, deletion, destruction. Processing is carried out with and without the use of automation tools.

5. Transfer to third parties

I agree to the delegation of processing and the transfer of data to the extent necessary for the purposes above:

  • to hosting providers on whose servers the service is located;
  • to payment services and the bank — for accepting and recording payments;
  • to Yandex LLC — for sign-in with Yandex ID and the Yandex Metrica analytics service;
  • to providers of speech recognition, translation and voice synthesis technologies — only the uploaded materials and texts required to complete the task.

Some providers of speech processing and translation technologies are located outside the Russian Federation, including in countries that do not ensure adequate protection of the rights of personal data subjects. I consent to the cross-border transfer of uploaded materials and texts to these parties for the purpose of completing my tasks.

6. Term and withdrawal of consent

The consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn. Payment data is stored for the periods established by tax and accounting legislation.

I may withdraw my consent at any time by sending an e-mail to support@speeek.io with the subject “Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing”. The operator stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days of receiving the withdrawal, unless otherwise provided by law. After the consent is withdrawn, it will no longer be possible to use the service.

7. Other

This consent is not a consent to the dissemination of personal data to an unlimited number of persons. The procedure and measures for data protection are described in the Privacy policy; the terms of service are set out in the Terms of use.
