In short

The files of a finished translation are in the "⋮" menu next to the translation in the list and in the "Download" button in the editor. The last voiced version is downloaded: if you did not press "Re-voice" after edits, you get the previous one.

Formats #

  • MP4: the video with the translation, for video files only. Same quality as the source; YouTube videos are downloaded at 720p.
  • WAV: the translation audio track together with the background.
  • SRT: subtitles in the source language and in the target language, with the timestamps from the editor.
  • Video with lip sync: a separate MP4, if lip sync was made.

Text without timestamps can be copied from the editor or by opening the SRT in any text editor.

It will not download #

  • On Free a preview is watched in the account; downloading opens after a purchase, see What the free plan includes.
  • "File not found" for an old translation: try another format or write to support with the video name.
  • The browser blocks the download: check extensions and try another browser.

Storage periods #

  • A translation can be edited for 30 days from the last change, a Free preview for 5 days. After that the editor closes and the working files are deleted.
  • Finished files remain available for download for 6 months from creation.
  • An unvoiced translation from "Check the text first" is kept for 60 days, then deleted with a refund of minutes.
  • An uploaded but not launched video is deleted after a day.

Download the files you need if the translation may be needed later. A translation can be deleted earlier from the "⋮" menu; the files are deleted at once.
